We're delighted to share the wonderful moments of our Thingyan Festival celebration at Pride ISM EYFS! It was a day brimming with joy, enthusiasm, and a genuine spirit of unity.

Thingyan, also known as the Water Festival, holds deep cultural significance in Myanmar as it marks the traditional New Year and is a time of renewal, cleansing, and joyous festivities. Beyond the colourful water splashing and vibrant celebrations, Thingyan teaches invaluable lessons of unity, respect, and cultural appreciation. By immersing ourselves in this rich tradition, we provide our students with a holistic education that extends beyond the classroom.

The Thingyan Festival provides a fantastic opportunity for our students to not only learn about Myanmar's cultural heritage but also to develop essential social skills, including teamwork and strengthening friendships. A big thank you goes out to our amazing students, dedicated teachers, and everyone who worked diligently to make this celebration happen.
